My Gammie’s has now moved to its new bakery in Ilford
The move is done… the move is do…one (sing this to the tune of “The heat is on” from “Beverley Hills Cop” soundtrack – yes I am showing my age… mature and wise☺). We baked from the new unit last night and we survived!!!
And the spotlight goes to… drum roll… our Super Hero Shafiq who moved all the big equipment from our previous small factory to our new unit. I am not joking! He did it all on his own. Rebekha and I helped him lift our commercial oven and that was it. We did not lift one finger when it came to the big equipment and us ‘girls’ did all the moving and packing of the smaller equipment and items. Even Ly’ora got involved in the move.
So cheers to our Super Hero Shafiq!
